Ashlie Brown — "Boogie" to her friends — grew up in Winslow, NJ surrounded by family cooks. She learned recipes young, always asking "How did you make that?"
When the pandemic hit in 2020 and she was home with an infant, she posted a photo of a crab platter online. The rest is Camden history.

— Ashlie Brown, FounderShe drove all over South Jersey for $3 delivery charges before customers were lining up outside her townhouse. In 2023, she opened the brick-and-mortar at 116 N. 3rd St., Camden — and brought childhood friend Christy Williams along for the ride.

Saving upSocked away earnings, scouted locations in Camden. Found a fully-equipped spot on 3rd Street.
